ALX / Ex ČD 357/358/359 "Západní expres" Munich/Munchen - Praha/Prague


I came across two sets of ACME passenger cars for the ALX "Západní expres" and managed to get them at a reasonable price. So, let's investigate this a bit further ...

I went back the next day and everything dried up nicely. Once weathered and ballasted, it'll be hardly visible.

Adding sleepers

 

I'm continuing my journey on adding missing sleepers. Here's the previous post with more explanations. And here's what I've done today on the layout:














So, good progress overall, but surprisingly I'm not done and need more pieces for what I have to still do. Luckily, I found a couple of tracks I could tear apart:
